The fitted kitchen is to be purchased for €3,000. The Miele dishwasher can be purchased separately.

We would also be happy if the new tenant would like to take over some of the other furniture, including:

As there are still many personal belongings in the apartment, the photos unfortunately do not show it at its best. In person, the apartment feels considerably brighter, more spacious and more attractive, so a viewing is definitely worthwhile.
