Enjoy a modern bathroom, a new kitchen, and carefully selected new furniture. The apartment is located in a quiet building in Charlottenburg.

Rental terms:

€1,379 per month, including electricity, gas, heating and Wi-Fi

Available from October 1, 2026. An earlier move-in is unfortunately not possible.

Minimum rental period: 6 months
Maximum rental period: 2 years
Initial contract: 2 years
Extension may be possible by mutual agreement, but is not guaranteed
Intended primarily for one person; a young couple may also be considered

The furniture is included in the rental and will remain in the apartment.

The U2 subway line (Sophie-Charlotte-Platz) and the Ringbahn station (Messe Nord/ICC) are both within easy walking distance.

The vibrant Kantstraße, renowned for its excellent dining scene-including the popular Kuchi and many other outstanding Asian restaurants-is just a few minutes away by bus. Great Bars are at Zoologischer Garten.

The nearby Lietzensee Park and Charlottenburg Palace Gardens are perfect for walking, jogging, and relaxing outdoors. Holmes Place, the thermal baths on Krumme Straße, and Aspria fitness club are also close by.
The famous Kurfürstendamm, Berlin Zoo, as well as numerous supermarkets and shopping opportunities, like organic shops, rewe, dm, can all be reached within just a few minutes.
