You live in a fully equipped, modern flat. Car parking spaces can be booked on a monthly basis. The laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers is located in the basement.

All flats are bright, open-plan and offer you, depending on the flat size:
-separate living, sleeping, dining and cooking areas
-pantry kitchen incl. equipment
-Bathroom with shower
-Wardrobe with built-in safe
-Internet and TV
-regular cleaning service once a month

Our flat block at Triftstr. 53 is located in Frankfurt's Niederrad district.

It is centrally located between Frankfurt Airport and Frankfurt city centre. The Deutsche Bank Park (former Commerzbank Arena) and the Frankfurt office district are in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the numerous transport links, you can quickly reach Frankfurt Central Station, the airport (with direct bus connections) and the surrounding cities. The bus and tram stop is right in front of the building. The S-Bahn station is within walking distance.

There is a supermarket directly opposite the flat block. Bakers, restaurants and other shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The rent is a flat rate / warm rent, it includes electricity, water, heating, internet and an intermediate cleaning per month. There is no utility bill.
Plus a one-off final cleaning fee of €150.

Upon registration of residence, the broadcasting fee is to be paid by the tenant.
