The apartment is fully equipped - we have thought of everything! The floors have vinyl floors in wood look appealing and easy to clean, the bathroom is tiled and modernly equipped with a bathtub, shower and towel warmer. The kitchen is also tiled, and the fitted kitchen has all the usual appliances. A gas central
heating system provides uncomplicated and inexpensive heat. For information and entertainment there is a cable connection
as well as a satellite system available. Two cellar rooms belong to
the apartment.

Die Stadt Sindelfingen im Südwesten der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart ist mit rund 35.000 Einwohnern eine lebendige und
wirtschaftlich starke Stadt mit einer bunten Kultur- und Sportszene. Eine Vielzahl an Rad- und Wanderwegen, grüne

locker bebaut, direkt angrenzend befindet sich ein Park mit einer
Minigolfanlage, und auf der anderen Seite der Goldmühlestrasse
zieht sich entlang des Goldbachs die Erholungsanlage Eisweiher.
Der Blick aus dem Fenster oder von den Balkonen zeigt viel
Grün, und doch ist die Sindelfinger Innenstadt nur 6
Fahrradminuten entfernt. Der Anschluss an den ÖPNV und die
A81 ist hervorragend, der Flughafen Stuttgart nur eine
Viertelstunde entfernt.
The city of Sindelfingen in the southwest of the state capital
Stuttgart is with about 35,000 inhabitants a lively and
economically strong city with a colourful cultural and sports
scene. A multitude of cycle and hiking paths, green oases and
the city forest with 1,800 hectares invite sportsmen and women
and those seeking relaxation. For children and adolescents there
is a wide range of educational and childcare facilities. The
Goldberg area was loosely built up with apartment buildings in
the 1980s, directly adjacent is a park with a mini-golf course, and
on the other side of Goldmühlestrasse, along the Goldbach, is
the Eisweiher recreation area. The view out of the window or
from the balconies shows a lot of green, and yet the Sindelfingen
city centre is only 6 minutes away by bike. The connection to
public transport and the A81 motorway is excellent, Stuttgart
airport is only a quarter of an hour away.
