From the garage on the ground floor you can enter the house directly. On the 1st floor there is a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large south-facing balcony.
The spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor with a comfortable bedroom and a second bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped. In the dining room there is a sofa bed and in the living room there is a living area.
In approx. 10 min. walking distance is the station from where the S-Bahn S2 leaves. From the station you reach the Frankfurt main station in approx. 30 min. and the Wiesbaden main station in approx. 20 min. Furthermore Niederjosbach has a perfect connection to the motorway - in approx. 5 min. you reach A3 direction Frankfurt/Wiesbaden or direction Cologne.
In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant with traditional and modern Hessian cuisine - highly recommended!
Behind the village there are hiking trails with beautiful views of the Taunus nature park - perfect opportunity for relaxation!

Außerdem verfügt Niederjosbach über perfekte Anbindung an die Autobahn - in ca. 5 Min. erreicht man A3 Richtung Frankfurt/Wiesbaden bzw. Richtung Köln.
