LOCATION

The apartment is located in Berlin-Mitte (Stralsunder Straße 14) with excellent public transport connections:

* Tram and U-Bahn: around 1 minute walking distance
* S-Bahn: around 5 minutes walking distance
* Around 15 minutes to Charité Campus Mitte

THE BUILDING

Neon Wood also offers a gym, study room, and laundry facilities.

The apartment is available to students/ Azubis or people in Weiterbildung only.

The renting process is going to happen theough the official Neonwood website. It‘s just necessary that you contact me before booking so that I can arrange the takeover with the renting agent.
