I am looking for a reliable and responsible subtenant for my beloved furnished apartment in Bremer Neustadt. 6 minutes walk from Werdersee. The apartment is rented fully furnished (partly decorated with plants), only the mattress will be removed by arrangement. There is an inventory contract for this. The rental period is contractually regulated and fixed to a minimum and maximum of 6 months.
