Die Wohnung befindet sich unweit der Südhöhe (Stadtteil Räcknitz/Zschertnitz). Der Uni-Campus ist mit Fahrrad oder Bus in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof in 10-15 Minuten.
Zwei Bushaltestellen (Linien 63, 66, 360) sind 4 und 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 11) ca. 10 Minuten.
