We're spending a year in Oxford for work and are subletting most of our centrally located top-floor maisonette (approx. 130 m², fully furnished) to a professional couple or a family with up to two children.
Roof terrace, balcony, two bathrooms, a kitchen we installed ourselves, quality furniture and a piano. One or two bikes with child seats can also be arranged. Not suitable as a shared flat (WG).
We're keeping one separate, self-contained room (approx. 20 m²) for storage; my husband will use it occasionally for short stays in Berlin, always arranged in advance and with its own entrance.
Move-in flexible from 28.09.2026, limited until 05.09.2027 (after which we will return and live in the apartment ourselves again).
The flat and especially our plants mean a lot to us thea green thumb would be essential. No pets, no smokers.
