Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtbezirk 13 Bogenhausen, Stadtteil Denning mit MVV-Anschlüssen an die U4 Arabellapark, S8 Daglfing und S2/S4/S6 Berg am Laim und 4 Buslinien vor der Haustür. Ein Rewe ist direkt um's Eck und viele weitere Geschäfte in kurzer Entfernung mit dem Radl oder auch zu Fuß (Edeka, Aldi, Orterer, ect.).
