Ich suche einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin für meine Wohnung auf der Mörfelder Landstraße in Gehreichweite zum Südbahnhof und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum HIT-Supermarkt.
Wichtig:
Das Mietverhältnis ist vorerst bis Ende 2027 befristet, da Umbaumaßnahmen im Gebäude geplant sind.
Sollten sich diese Pläne verschieben, besteht die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses.
Für den Vermieter ist wichtig, dass eine solide Bonität und Zuverlässigkeit garantiert ist. Die üblichen Unterlagen (Schufa Bescheinigung, Selbstauskunft, Gehaltsabrechnungen, Ausweis etc.) sind notwendig.
Küche und Herd sind für eine Abschlagszahlung von 600€ zu übernehmen.
