It is centrally located between Frankfurt Airport and Frankfurt city center. Nearby is the Deutsche Bank Park (formerly Commerzbank Arena) as well as the Frankfurt office district. Thanks to numerous transport connections, you can quickly reach Frankfurt main station, the airport (with direct bus connection), and the surrounding cities. The bus and tram stop is directly in front of the house. The S-Bahn station is within walking distance.
A supermarket is located directly opposite the apartment building. Bakeries, restaurants, and other shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The warm rent is a booking flat rate. It includes additional costs, electricity, internet, and an interim cleaning once a month. There is no additional cost billing.
Plus a one-time final cleaning fee of 150 €.
