Ich suche einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin, der/die meinen Mietvertrag zum 1. Oktober übernimmt, die Übernahme erfolgt direkt mit der Hausverwaltung.
Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung besteht aus:
- einer offenen Küche mit Wohnzimmer,
- einem Schlafzimmer
- einem großen Badezimmer mit Wanne und separater Dusche.
Ein besonderes Highlight: Im 3. Stock gibt es eine großzügige, gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Dachterrasse mit viel Grün, ideal zum Entspannen.
Die vorhandene Einbauküche ist nicht Bestandteil des Mietvertrags, ich überlasse sie gerne, ebenso wie einige weitere Geräte, gegen eine kleine Ablöse von 400 €.
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Ich habe hier selbst sechs schöne Jahre verbracht und kann die Lage nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Die Kaution beträgt 3 Kaltmieten.
Die Wohnung ist aktuell möbliert. Besichtigungstermine können ab Ende August vereinbart werden. Die Möbel werden bis Mitte September ausgeräumt. Notwendige Schönheitsreparaturen (u. a. an den Wänden) werden voraussichtlich Mitte September abgeschlossen. Die Wohnung ist somit ab dem 1. Oktober übergabebereit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Voßstraße im Berliner Ortsteil Mitte. Die zentrale Lage bietet eine exzellente Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz sowie eine umfassende Infrastruktur für den täglichen Bedarf direkt vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Quartier rund um den Leipziger Platz, nur 2 Gehminuten von U-Bahn und S-Bahn entfernt. Das Mall of Berlin liegt direkt vor der Tür, mit einer großen Auswahl an Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés für den täglichen Bedarf.
