We are a cooperative. Membership is a prerequisite for renting an apartment. If you are not yet a member, you must acquire membership by joining at the latest before concluding a rental agreement and subscribe to further cooperative shares depending on the apartment size, which must be paid up by the time of moving in. Membership admission usually takes place in connection with the apartment allocation.

We cooperate with the German Tenants' Association: Every new tenant receives a voucher from the cooperative, which can be redeemed at the German Tenants' Association Esslingen-Göppingen e. V. With the voucher, the membership fee is halved in the first year, and the admission fee of 15.00 EUR at the DMB is waived.
In the interest of a long-term tenancy, we exclude ordinary termination for a duration of 2 years.
