The house is located in the town center of Paderborn-Dahl. Shopping facilities, doctor, dentist, hairdresser, etc. are reachable within one minute on foot.
The bus stop is also only 1 minute on foot away, and every half hour bus line 4 goes directly to the university (travel time 10 minutes) and to the city center/main train station (travel time 20 minutes).
