Zum 15.10.2026 suche ich eine Nachmieterin bzw. einen Nachmieter für meine ca. 60 m² große Altbauwohnung im Kölner Agnesviertel.
Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain eines Altbaus und besteht aus einer großzügigen Küche, einem großen Eingangsflur sowie einem ca. 30 m² großen Wohn-/Schlafbereich.
Zusätzlich gehört eine etwa 20 m² große Terrasse zum Innenhof zur Wohnung.
Die Fenster liegen zur Melchiorstraße. Durch die Bäume in der Straße ist die Wohnung eher angenehm schattig und kühl om Sommer. Dafür ist sie selbst für eine Souterrainwohnung nicht zu dunkel und hält im Winter die Wärme gut.
Ein großer Pluspunkt ist außerdem die Ruhe: Trotz der zentralen Lage bekommt man sowohl von der Straße als auch von den Nachbarn kaum etwas mit.
Die Küche bietet gut Raum und bleibt, exklusive Kühlschrank, in der Wohnung und muss für 1.600€ mit übernommen werden.
Bei interesse können ggf. Bett 140x200m, Vitrine, Küchentisch übernommen werden.
