since I'm going away for a semester abroad, I'm renting out my cozy, fully furnished apartment
The apartment is bright, well-maintained, and practically furnished. It features:

- a small kitchenette with a cooktop and refrigerator
- a modern bathroom with a shower
- ample storage space
The monthly rent is €680 including utilities. The security deposit is €600.
Because my apartment is very important to me, I'm looking for a reliable, responsible, and tidy person who will take good care of it while I'm away. The apartment would be ideal for a student, an intern, or someone who is in town for work for a few months.
The apartment is located in the lovely very central yet pleasantly quiet. The Rhine River, Cologne Central Station, and the city center are also easily accessible. Shopping facilities and public transportation are also nearby.
