The cold rents vary and depend on the apartment size. The building was completed in 2015 and is a KfW-55 house. On the ground floor of the property there is an elegant lounge with a vending machine and seating areas, from which you can directly access the outdoor terrace and the beautifully designed garden area. There is also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, as well as a roof terrace with views over the roofs of Frankfurt. Another communal room is a spacious study and reading lounge.
