A special highlight is the balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard, where you can sit very nicely in the summer. The apartment also offers plenty of storage space through its own cellar and attic compartments.

A prerequisite for taking over the apartment is a buyout of 1,200 € for the existing kitchen unit including cabinets and electrical appliances.
