As I am leaving Berlin due to a professional opportunity abroad, I am looking for a suitable successor tenant for my apartment in Schöneberg, just a few minutes' walk from Winterfeldtplatz.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern new building with elevator and consists of a spacious bedroom, a bright living and dining area with open fitted kitchen, hallway, balcony, and a large bathroom with a spacious shower and rain shower. A private cellar room is also included.
Features include underfloor heating, video doorbell, and transponder access. The apartment is especially bright in the mornings but remains pleasantly cool in summer. It is ideal for singles or couples.
The furniture is in good condition and will be handed over completely for 4,000 €. Individual takeover or renting without furniture takeover is not planned.
The final selection and conclusion of the rental contract are made by the landlord.
The location is really great: Winterfeldtplatz with its well-known weekly market as well as numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. You live right in the middle of Schöneberg and very centrally, without having to give up a quiet residential atmosphere.
The connections are also very good: U Kleistpark and U Nollendorfplatz are each about 10 minutes on foot. Bus 204 stops practically right outside the door, lines 106 and M46 are about 5 minutes on foot.
Directly opposite is a school. There is little activity in the evenings.
