Hello! We are renting a bright, 20 sqm shared apartment room in beautiful Ludwigsburg. The apartment is absolutely well-maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere.
Since we are a women-only shared apartment (only for women without children), a harmonious, clean, and quiet coexistence is very important to us. Because the apartment is meant to remain a private retreat only for us women, we do not want any male visitors (such as partners) in the shared apartment rooms. Please also note that pets are not allowed.
The apartment offers you:
Your room: Fully furnished - you can move in immediately.
Common areas: Fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator as well as a daylight bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Costs:
The all-inclusive rent is a flat rate of 500 euros (including all additional costs).

The apartment is ideally and centrally located in the popular Weststadt of Ludwigsburg (Keplerstraße 20):
Public transport: It is only about a 10-minute walk (approx. 800m) to Ludwigsburg train station. From there you can reach Stuttgart main station in about 10 minutes. A bus stop is practically right outside the door.
Universities: The Film Academy is about a 15-minute walk away. The PH and HVF can be reached quickly by bike or public transport.
Shopping & leisure: The shopping center "Bleyle Quartier" and the MHPArena are only a few minutes on foot. Supermarkets, bakeries, doctors, and the city center are easily accessible on foot.

How we arrange this apartment for you
