The location is really convenient: the Heinrich-Heine-Straße stop is practically right outside the door, the Auestadion is nearby, and by car you can quickly reach the highway. Shopping options like Edeka, tegut and an Aral gas station are directly opposite, and there are also plenty of bakeries and doctors in the area. A special highlight is the proximity to Auepark, which is great for walking, jogging or simply relaxing.
Shared Apartment Life
I continue to live in the shared apartment, I am a sociable person and like it when we regularly meet in the kitchen, cook together or just sit comfortably with a beer. I also like to try new things, whether table tennis, painting or joint excursions. Living with me are also my two cats Max and Nala. We are looking for someone who wants a cool, open shared apartment atmosphere where you not only share an apartment but also like to spend time together.

The apartment includes a balcony that can be accessed from both a room and the kitchen, ideal for sunny breakfasts or cozy evenings. There is a storage space for bicycles downstairs, and inside the apartment there are two small pantry cupboards available. If needed, a cellar compartment can also be rented for a small additional fee.
