As part of our boarding house concept, we offer, among others, visitors of the Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM), private individuals, and business travelers an unfurnished apartment. Your new apartment is located in a 3-story residential building newly built in 2020. The 1-room apartment consists of a spacious room with a kitchenette, a large bathroom, a hallway, and a large loggia. There is the option to rent a parking space for 40 EUR per month or an underground garage for 80 EUR. The apartment includes a cellar and a bicycle room. Furthermore, the building has a laundry and drying cellar. Short-term rental up to 6 months. The residential units are accessible barrier-free via a modern elevator.

The residential building is located directly in the center of the beautiful city of Frechen. The Frechen train station and public transport are within a 2-minute walk and in immediate vicinity. Excellent regional and supra-regional transport connections exist via the motorways A1, A4, and A61, which can be reached within a few minutes by car.
