Viewing appointments are currently possible on Thursdays and Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm. On weekends by arrangement, as it is still rented at the moment.
For the rental contract to be created, I need proof of permanent employment, the last 3 salary statements, and a current Schufa credit report.

Schools, doctors, and daily shopping facilities are within walking distance.
