Our apartment building at Triftstr. 53 is located in the Frankfurt district of Niederrad.
It is centrally located between Frankfurt Airport and Frankfurt city center. Nearby is the Deutsche Bank Park (formerly Commerzbank Arena), as well as the Frankfurt office district. Due to numerous transport connections, you can quickly reach Frankfurt main station, airport (with direct bus connection), and the surrounding cities. The bus and tram stop is directly in front of the house. The S-Bahn station is within walking distance.
A supermarket is located directly opposite the apartment building. Bakeries, restaurants, and other shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The warm rent is a booking flat rate. Utilities, electricity, internet, and an interim cleaning per month are included. There is no utility bill.
Plus a one-time final cleaning fee of 120 €.
Broadcasting fees must be borne by the tenant when registering residence.
