Die Wohnung wird aktuell saniert und renoviert. Es wurden neue Fenster inkl. Rolläden eingebaut, die Elektrik komplett erneuert, Lüftungsanlage eingebaut, Fußboden (Vinyl) verlegt und Wände tapeziert und gestrichen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Mengeder Heide, eine ruhige Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung an die Autobahnen A42 und A45. Der Mengeder Bahnhof ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten oder mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen.
