Hey, I currently live in my very beautiful old building condominium in Berlin-Moabit with 3 rooms. My roommate lives in the rear room of the apartment. I would like to rent out the front two rooms in exchange for a smaller apartment for myself alone. The apartment has a total of 110 sqm, a nice open kitchen, and includes a basement compartment. The rooms I am renting out are 24 sqm (with balcony, 440 Euro) and 26 sqm (470 Euro). I rent both together as well as individually.
I am interested in an apartment from 40 sqm in Berlin (preferably near the Ringbahn or in Steglitz) for a maximum of 850 Euro.
