The apartment is idyllically located in a quiet residential area high above Esslingen. Kindergarten and school are within walking distance, as are public transport connections. The natural surroundings invite you to hike and relax. The connection to the B 10 and the motorway can be reached in a few minutes.
We are a cooperative. Membership is a prerequisite for renting an apartment. If you are not yet a member, you must acquire membership by joining no later than before concluding a rental agreement and subscribe to additional cooperative shares depending on the apartment size, which must be paid up by the time of moving in. Membership admission usually takes place in connection with the allocation of the apartment.
After the end of the rental agreement, this membership can be terminated again. Upon termination of membership, the shares will be paid out again according to our statutes. Our statutes can be found on our homepage at www.bg-es.de
We are the other landlord and cooperate with the German Tenants' Association: Every new tenant receives a value voucher from the cooperative, which can be redeemed at the German Tenants' Association Landkreis Esslingen e. V. With the voucher, the membership fee is halved in the first year, and the admission fee at the DMB of 15.00 EUR is waived.
In the interest of a long-term rental relationship, we exclude ordinary termination for a duration of 2 years.
