Description
Some important preliminary information:
The apartment is subsidized under the income-oriented promotion (EOF). Please note that a general housing entitlement certificate with EOF level I is required for the offered apartment (please refer to this in your inquiry).
For subsidized apartments, the actual burden (cold rent) is reduced by an income-dependent subsidy, which is individually calculated by the district office and paid monthly to the tenant.
The stated cold rent is the rent you pay considering the maximum subsidy in EOF level 1 (cold rent to landlord 543.03 EUR).
The effective tenant burden with maximum subsidy is 5.50 EUR/sqm at EOF level I.
In addition to the contribution for membership in our cooperative, a housing-related deposit must be made. Further explanations follow below.
The MARO cooperative for self-determined and neighborly living has created a neighborly housing project in Landsham based on the multi-generation concept.
The project consists of 18 cooperative rental apartments ranging from 37.45 sqm to 88.78 sqm of living space. There are 1-room to 4-room apartments available. From the ground floor to the 2nd upper floor, spread over two buildings.
All apartments are both privately financed (14.50 EUR/sqm) and subsidized under EOF, for singles, couples, and families. Subsidized apartments are discounted (cost rent 5.50 EUR/sqm), so many income groups can participate in the project. As already mentioned, a housing entitlement certificate with EOF level 1 is required for subsidized apartments.
In the MARO cooperative, residents are simultaneously tenants and owners and receive lifelong housing at long-term stable rents. They are involved in planning their apartment and later management and are thus jointly responsible for the quality and maintenance of the housing stock.
For this, future residents participate in this apartment with a housing-related mandatory share of 28,250.00 euros, which is repaid according to the statutes when the tenancy ends.
The housing-related deposit can be financed with program 134 through a low-interest KfW loan from our state development bank (www.kfw/134). We will be happy to inform you.
If you are interested in another apartment type (e.g. privately financed), please contact us so that we can inform you which apartment sizes are still available.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.

The map shows where this apartment is. Where the exact house number has not been published we show the centre of the postcode instead, and say so.
