The name says it all. The 273 apartments managed by the cooperative are located directly at Springpfuhl in Märkische Allee 124-136. All buildings in the residential area have already been completely modernized by the cooperative. About 750 people live in this neighborhood in the middle of the park surrounding the idyllic pond. Many cozy spots invite you to linger in the beautiful park and offer stressed city dwellers relaxing peace away from the hectic hustle and bustle.
