This friendly 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of our well-maintained 6-family house in Oberzwehren. The beautiful, bright bathroom is equipped with a shower. In addition, the apartment has a great balcony.
Oberzwehren is located in the south of Kassel, between Nordshausen and Niederzwehren. The Heisebach, a recreational area for residents, also runs through a nature reserve with nearby allotment gardens.
Large parts of Oberzwehren are well connected to the rest of the city by tram. The public transport bus network also serves all residential districts of the area. Local supply is guaranteed in every district (partly with opening hours until 24:00). Several sports fields, a sports hall, an indoor swimming pool, kindergartens, several schools, as well as the AVZ, a part of Kassel University, are located in Oberzwehren and complete the infrastructure.
