This beautiful living space is suitable for a single person or a couple. Since we see ourselves as a house community in the Hopfenbachvilla, also using and maintaining the large garden together (3 hours monthly per person), we look more closely at who fits with us.
We require:
at least 30 years old (no children live in the house), professionally engaged, and please non-smoker! ... like all other 10 house residents.
We welcome as new house residents in our villa open-contact, independent people, people who earn their own money (no job center, no guarantor). People who get along well with themselves and others, with a sense for nature, peace, and order.
The rent price includes use of the large garden with all facilities (garden furniture, grill, fire pan, pavilion).

The "Hopfenbach-Villa" is located on the edge of Ahrensburg in the so-called "Speckgürtel" of Hamburg, conveniently located AND yet in the middle of nature.

CONVENIENT TRANSPORT
The Ahrensburg-Ost subway station as well as the Ahrensburg regional train are within 20 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bike, from there 14 minutes by regional train to Hamburg central station, by car via the A1 you reach Hamburg or the Baltic Sea in 30 minutes.
There are many sports and all shopping facilities in the area, either in the nearby Beimoor commercial area or in the nice small town of Ahrensburg.
Health-conscious people appreciate the good air, the fantastic water quality from their own drinking water supply. Walkers, cyclists, and joggers enjoy the most beautiful routes in the surroundings.
