Description
We are leaving on a 12-month assignment abroad and are looking to sublet our place for a period of 12 months starting on 1st October.
Our home is located close to S-Bahnhof Hermannstrasse with good connectivity to Ring and Mitte. REWE, Netto and Lidl are within less than 5min walking distance too.
We live in about 64sqm with two large rooms with balcony. Heating is electric via Nachtspeicher, hot water is electric too.
Kitchen and bathroom are quite narrow but we managed to make them comfy and useful too.
We live here as a small family and are looking for someone to take good care of our home until we return. The place will remain fully furnished and equipped, but we will make as much space as possible for you to make this your home for a year.
Total rent is 1250/month all-in.
Anmeldung is of course possible, and the sublet is approved by our landlord as well.
- 6 mins walk from Hermanstrasse Sbahn/U8/U7Bahn. Very well connected and only 20 mins to downtown area.
- Lidl, Rewe, netto, dm, mcgeizer, kik markt also within 5-8 mins walk
- many spätkauf and variety of food places nearby.
- Kranoldstrasse is relatively quite as it is not on the main road

How we arrange this apartment for you
