Our rentals are all-inclusive, i.e. water, electricity, gas and high-speed LAN & WiFi are already included in the rental price.
Also included are our common rooms, which invite you to relax with friends, as well as our diverse event programme that we offer to all residents.

How we arrange this apartment for you
