I am looking for a successor tenant from 01.10.2026 for my fully furnished 1-room apartment at Kaiserstraße 239, 76133 Karlsruhe.
The apartment is about 25 m², located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house and situated in a recessed courtyard location. This means you live very centrally between Mühlburger Tor and Europaplatz, but still relatively quietly.
The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in immediately.

The new rental contract will be concluded directly with the landlord. I am only responsible for finding the successor tenant and conducting the viewings.
For German students, the landlord requires a guarantee from at least one parent. After the viewing, a self-disclosure including a SCHUFA clause must be completed; the final selection is made by the landlord.

The apartment is located directly on Kaiserstraße between Mühlburger Tor and Europaplatz. Tram stops, supermarkets, bakeries, and other shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Universities and the city center are also quickly accessible.
