Rent includes electricity, water, internet, Magenta TV. Everything really everything included.
I am looking for a reliable woman or a couple. A permanent full-time job or guarantor (students/trainees) is a prerequisite. The apartment is NOT suitable for shared living. Please only serious applications.
The address on Horner Weg is centrally located in the Hamburg district of Horn. The neighborhood is characterized by good public transport connections, especially the U2 subway line and bus lines 10 and 27, which provide a quick connection to Hamburg city center. The neighborhood has an urban structure with mostly multi-family houses and offers solid infrastructure for daily needs.
