I am renting out my fully furnished apartment at Karolingerstraße 22, 40223 Düsseldorf-Unterbilk, for the period from December 2026 to August 2027.
The Apartment
The apartment is located in an old building that was renovated about five years ago and offers, among other things:

- Built-in kitchen with oven and dishwasher
- Extendable kitchen table
- Rain shower
- Box spring bed
- Electrically height-adjustable desk
- Basement compartment
- Gas central heating with individual meters on each radiator for fair and consumption-based billing
- Siemens washing machine and dryer, space-savingly installed in a built-in cabinet
- Miele vacuum cleaner
The bedroom can be completely darkened. For this, I recently had a high-quality blackout roller blind installed by a specialist company.
Furnishing
The apartment is rented fully furnished. Included in the rental are all furniture visible in the pictures as well as the Siemens washing machine, Siemens dryer, and Miele vacuum cleaner. The furniture is in very good condition and mostly only two to four years old.
Internet
The current internet contract expires shortly before the rental period begins. There are two options:
You can take your existing contract with you or I can sign a new contract.
Additional Costs and Furnishing Surcharge
The monthly additional costs amount to €251.50. This includes €40 for the built-in kitchen. You can use my furniture free of charge.
Despite the central location, there is no significant through traffic. The bedroom faces the garden and is therefore particularly quiet. The trees in front of and behind the building also provide good natural sun protection.
