We prefer to rent the apartment furnished and would like to leave most of the high-quality furnishings in the property. Individual arrangements are of course possible.

You are only about ten minutes from the city center. The KVB stop Stüttgenhof (about 500 m or 8 minutes on foot) offers a quick connection to Neumarkt, the center of Cologne's shopping scene, via tram line 7. Those who do not want to do without a car can quickly reach the Cologne motorway ring from here (about 2 km to the Cologne-West motorway interchange).
You can conveniently do smaller shopping on foot here: a supermarket, a bakery with café, and medical practices are in the immediate vicinity (about 100 m). A short walk takes you to the developed town center of Junkersdorf with its diverse offerings. Those who like to eat out will find everything here from the top address to the rustic brewery. Last but not least, the Decksteiner Weiher with its lake restaurant is a popular excursion destination. People meet and know each other, gladly also for a Kölsch in the corner pub.
