At The Base Berlin ONE you will meet a community that offers you so much more to arrive in a new city and feel at home.
In addition to your own micro-apartment, you have access to our café with terrace facing the courtyard, a co-working space, a gym, a cinema, a library, a community kitchen and a roof top terrace. It is all inclusive.
There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. You can easily book a time slot via our own community App.
The Base apartments are studios with 20m² -23m², located from the ground floor to the 4th floor. Equipped with a queen-size bed (140cm), flatscreen TV, desk, spacious closet and other smart storage solutions. Bathroom with rain shower and a fully equipped kitchen unit with kettle, microwave, 2 hotplates and fridge with freezer.
The Base Berlin ONE is located in the north of Berlin. The district is called Pankow and directly borders popular Prenzlauer Berg. Surrounded by parks, several grocery stores, cafés and restaurants, doctors and pharmacies, all daily needs are close by and can be reached on foot.
You reach the train station S+U Pankow within 10 minutes / 900 m walking distance. Travel time to top locations:

13 minutes to Friedrichstraße
19 minutes to main station
20 minutes to fair ground
22 minutes to Zoologischer Garten
37 minutes to BER airport
You reach further public transportation (bus and tram) within 5 minutes walking distance.

Every 2 weeks your apartment will be cleaned, once a month the towels and bedding can be changed and the end-cleaning is also included.
For each new booking we charge a one-time service fee of EUR 199.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
