In a central location in Köln-Deutz, there is a modern student dormitory that was comprehensively renovated in 2015. The dormitory comprises 120 residential units, divided into stylish 1-room apartments as well as single rooms in 2-, 3-, and 4-person shared apartments. With living areas between approximately 16 and 56 m², the units offer an ideal solution for students and trainees who want to live centrally and comfortably. All apartments and shared rooms are fully furnished and equipped with a practical kitchenette.
Some of the apartments and shared rooms additionally have a terrace or a balcony, from which there is sometimes a view of the green outdoor area at the back of the dormitory.
The optimal connection to local and long-distance public transport via the nearby train station as well as the immediate proximity to diverse shopping, dining, and leisure options make the location of the dormitory particularly attractive.
Note: The apartments and shared rooms may only be rented to students and trainees.
Please note: The minimum rental period in the project is 6 months plus a 3-month notice period.
