Wir suchen Nachmieter für eine wunderschöne Wohnung in Vahrenheide. Sie hat zwei Balkone, zwei Badezimmer, drei Schlafzimmer und eine große offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Wir haben darin in einer WG gelebt, sehen sie aber auch als absolut Familientauglich.
Zimmer 1 und 2 haben einen Zugang zum großen Balkon. Aus dem Ess- und Wohnzimmer kann man zur einen Seite auf den großen, zur anderen auf den kleinen Balkon. Außerdem gibt es ein Gästebad und ein Bad mit Toilette, Dusche und Badewanne.
Wir würden die Wohnung gerne zum 01.10 im aktuellen Zustand - also mit den Wandfarben entsprechend der Bilder - übergeben und dafür kostenlos Möbel wie den großen Esstisch und Sofas überlassen.
Die Immobilie befindet sich in Vahrenheide, einem Stadtteil von Hannover, der sich durch eine gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz auszeichnet. Die Gegend ist ruhig mit vielen Parkplätzen, 8 Gehminuten zur Stadtbahn und 10 Gehminuten zur Heide. Durch die zentrale Lage kann man tagsüber alle 5 Minuten eine Bahn nehmen.
Außerdem gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze.
