Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine gepflegte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss (mit Aufzug). Erstbezug war im April 2026 durch mich, die Wohnung ist praktisch neuwertig, hell und ruhig, mit ca. 54 m² Wohnfläche, offenem Wohn-/Essbereich, hochwertiger Einbauküche inkl. aller Elektrogeräte, großzügigem Bad mit Wanne und Dusche sowie eigener Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Zusätzlich gehören ein Kellerabteil, ein Gartenanteil und ein Fahrradkeller zur Wohnung. Ich verkaufe zudem einen Teil meiner Möbel separat, bei Interesse gerne ansprechen, ich teile die Details dann gerne im persönlichen Kontakt.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen, grünen Stadtteil München-Pasing-Obermenzing. Die S-Bahn-Linie S2 ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar, der Bahnhof München-Pasing in ca. 20 Gehminuten. Die genaue Adresse teile ich gerne im persönlichen Kontakt mit interessierten Kandidat:innen mit.
