Description
Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter/in für meine schöne Maisonettewohnung in Gerresheim. Ab November 2026, optional auch später, für 3-6 Monate.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und möbliert. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung im 4. und 5. Stock. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür sind gut. Ein Stellplatz gehört nicht zur Wohnung, könnte ggf. aber separat bei der Hausverwaltung angemietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist 76m² groß und verfügt über 2,5 Zimmer. Unten befinden sich das Wohn-/Esszimmer, die Küche, ein Gäste WC und ein Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. In der oberen Etage kommt man von der Treppe in ein halbes Zimmer, das als Abstellraum oder auch als alternativer Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden kann. Von dort geht es ins Schlafzimmer (hohe Decke knapp 4m) mit einem großen Bett (2x2m) und einem Arbeitsplatz mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch. Nebenan befindet sich das Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Ruhige Lage am grünen Stadtrand. Felder, Wiesen und Wald direkt vor der Haustür. Das Zentrum von Gerresheim mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, erreicht man mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten. Ein Hofladen ist direkt um die Ecke. Ein Alnatura ist wenige 100m entfernt.
Top ÖPNV Anbindung, Bahn und Busbahnhof sind fußläufig nur 5 Min entfernt. Die Bahnlinie 709 fährt direkt bis zum HBF und die U83 bis in die Innenstadt. Zudem gibt es dort die Buslinien 725, 733, 738 und 781.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Min auf der A3. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Zur Wohnung gehört kein eigener TG-Stellpatz. Ggf. Kann ein Stellplatz separat für 75 EUR mtl. bei der Hausverwaltung angemietet werden. P&R Parkplatz mit mehreren E-Ladestationen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
