Ein Aufzug bringt Sie bequem in die 2. Etage. Über einen Flur erreichen Sie das Badezimmer, das Schlafzimmer und die Küche. Den Balkon betreten Sie über das Schlafzimmer.
Vor Ihrem Einzug werden wir in der Wohnung folgende Arbeiten erledigen: Die gesamte Elektrik wird erneuert. Wir werden neue Zimmertüren einbauen und alle Heizkörper frisch weiß lackieren. Das Badezimmer erhält moderne Wand- und Bodenfliesen und wird mit einer Dusche (inklusive Duschabtrennung) und einer Handtuchheizung ausgestattet sein. Natürlich werden wir auch alle Sanitärobjekte austauschen und erneuern. Die Küche erhält einen neuen, modernen Fliesenspiegel - hier wird sich auch der Anschluss für die Waschmaschine befinden. Die Decken werden glatt gespachtelt und frisch weiß gestrichen. Die Wände werden lediglich tapezierfähig (nicht malerfertig) vorbereitet. Diese können Sie dann nach Ihren eigenen Vorstellungen gestalten. Als Bodenbelag werden wir hellgrauen Vinylboden in Holzoptik verlegen.
Da die Wohnung noch saniert werden muss, können wir Ihnen aktuell nur Musterfotos und Fotos des aktuellen Zustnads zur Verfügung stellen.
