Hello! I am renting out my 2-room apartment (52 m², 2nd floor) in Schönbühlstraße in Stuttgart-Ost. It is suitable for couples and singles as well as for two friends who want to form a shared flat, both are completely fine with me.
The apartment: Old building from 1930 with the charm you don’t get in new buildings, real wood parquet in all rooms, high ceilings, plus double-glazed windows with shutters. Two bright rooms (approx. 20 and approx. 16 m²), a daylight bathroom with bathtub, and a fitted kitchen with direct access to the balcony, which overlooks the quiet garden behind the house. Perfect for the first coffee in the morning or a break during home office. Refrigerator (SMEG), dishwasher and washing machine are already included.
Good to know: The house has just been refreshed, facade and stairwell have received a fresh coat of paint.
The numbers:
Cold rent: 1,100 € + 155 € additional costs = 1,255 € total (as 2-person shared flat: 625 € per person)
Electricity and gas you register directly with the supplier (heating is with gas heaters)
Deposit: 3,000 €, payable in 3 monthly installments
