Aichtal is a town in the middle of Baden-Württemberg, about 18 kilometres south of the state capital Stuttgart in the district of Esslingen. The entire Aichtal, with the communities of Grötzingen, Aich and Neuenhaus, has about 10,000 inhabitants and is located 311 m above sea level. There is a good traffic situation here. The B 312 connects the federal motorway at Stuttgart Airport with the federal motorway 7 at Memmingen. The property is located in Aich with quick access to the federal road to Stuttgart. Ideally, you can enjoy country life here and still be in a few minutes by car in one of the southern districts of Stuttgart or at the airport or the new trade fair. Likewise, for example, Reutlingen and Tübingen can be reached quickly and easily.
