Quiet attic apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor) of 67 sqm located in Monheim Old Town, 1 large living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 WC-shower and long entrance corridor. Central heating system. No balcony. However, within a radius of 150 m there are about 10 old town venues with outdoor dining and beer gardens from spring to autumn. A courtyard is available for equal use by the 3 house tenants. Additionally, the apartment includes a garage at the house with automatic gate (ordered!) and a large adjoining room, as there are major parking problems in the old town. Possibly other garage rentals are also possible. Due to limited space in the sanitary area, the apartment is preferably suitable for a maximum of 2 persons.
The previous tenant has left a simple kitchen, which according to his information is fully functional in all electrical parts, for the next tenant free of charge. However, it can be disposed of at any time.
The apartment is located in the quiet part of the historic old town. About 150 - 200 m away you will find gastronomy, beer gardens, terrace cafes, spacious playgrounds, green areas with lawns for sunbathing as well as the riverbank with the hiking area of the Rhine meadows. All daily necessities shops are within walking distance in 300 m. Public transport in Monheim is free of charge. The connection to the motorways A 59, A 3 and A 1 is about 4 km.
