Good day,
we are looking for a new tenant for our modern 1-room apartment in a central location on Schmiedestraße in Hannover.
Since the apartment is still occupied, viewings are preferably private and by appointment. A viewing is possible either in person or online depending on availability.

💰 Rent
The monthly rent is:
750 € warm rent + 100 € additional costs
The apartment is particularly interesting due to its central location and the already existing modern equipment. There are no additional transfer or takeover costs for the existing furniture.

The apartment is located in the very center of Hannover.

Old Town, approx. 5 minutes
Edeka and Rewe, approx. 5 minutes

Main train station, approx. 10 minutes
The apartment has a large window front. Additionally, there is a window in the kitchen as well as a large window/opening area along the living and sleeping area, allowing for plenty of ventilation in good weather.
📅 Move-in
A new tenant is sought for the end of this year or the beginning of next year. The exact move-in date can be agreed upon after consultation.
Important: There is a minimum rental period.
The rental contract will be taken over by the new tenant and runs at least until autumn 2027. A regular termination is therefore only possible from this date. Alternatively, a suitable new tenant would be required beforehand.
❓ Why are we moving out?
We originally moved from Berlin to Hannover and at that time quickly looked for an apartment. Due to the central location, the modern kitchen, the washing machine and the already existing furnishings, the apartment was initially a good solution for us.
