We are looking for a new tenant for our bright and cozy apartment in the heart of Agnesviertel. The 3 rooms consist of a large living and dining area, two bedrooms, work or children's rooms, a bathroom with daylight, and a kitchen with a pretty fitted kitchen including a washing machine. This is included in the rent. The apartment also includes a cellar room.
Please note that the apartment is on the 5th floor and has no balcony. The building has no elevator. This can be annoying sometimes, but you get used to it quickly. The apartment is not suitable for a shared flat, but ideal for a couple or a small family.
Note: The landlord requires a minimum rental period of 2 years.
Agnesviertel is colorful and lively and offers everything from great restaurants, cafés, and bars to small boutiques, supermarkets, and bakeries. Lohsepark is also just around the corner. Nippes and the city center are not far, and all subway and suburban train lines can be found nearby.
