In about 10 minutes you can reach both the town center of Dortmund-Hombruch, with many shopping opportunities, and the Indu-Park.
A variety of restaurants and cozy small student pubs complete the Eichlinghofen district. Parking spaces for cars are available on the adjacent street. In addition, there is an underground garage in the building; you would need to discuss availability and prices directly with the landlord.
